Donnie Gerdes - General Superintendent
 Donnie spent approximately twelve years as a Drywall Mechanic/Foreman before joining another local general contractor as a Superintendent. After two years there, Donnie joined Highland Builders, Inc.
Since coming to Highland Builders in May 1997, Donnie has been a key element in the completion of our largest projects. Not only does Donnie demand quality on every project, but efficiency and speed as well.
In August 2005, Donnie was promoted to Senior Superintendent and has continued to demonstrate his value as an asset to our team in this capacity.
